The room smelled like fresh air - no stuffy multistory building to navigate - the pool was the best - the unexpected free hot breakfast buffet was an incredible value
The price was half of the hotels around it - excellent service supported by a wonderful restaurant and bar
Enjoyed my few days stay - the service was very consistent - front desk staff was kind and warm hearted - room service was very good

The hotel was in a good location, just by Stevens Creek Boulevard - with easy access to Santana Row & America's best rose garden - there was a lot of parking on site
The room was clean, comfortable and smelled good - the location was close to shopping and restaurant - very convenient to all major freeways - we had a free breakfast with coffee, juice, eggs, toast, fruit etc - there were nice towels, enough lighting and comfy beds in the room
The underground parking was pretty good as was the service - the hotel was a bit old, but clean and comfortable - what impressed us most was the friendly, warm service
Housekeeping staff did a good job - the main service was good - we had no problem sleeping - free and convenient parking was a nice plus - dinner was basic but good - price included breakfast and dinner, which was great for us - the hotel lobby looked fancy (more…)

Rooms were super clean and comfortable with coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave - the Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom were huge and relaxing - had a good night sleep
A very nice small hotel with excellent value - loved the beautiful and gleaming lobby - free breakfast was outstanding with a good range of hot and cold items
Free internet worked well - room rates included free parking - had no major complaints for a good stay - excellent location close to downtown - just minutes from the train station and the Arena
Several nice restaurants down the street within walking distance - a CVS pharmacy just next door - a great hotel for its value - within walking distance of HP Pavilion

The staff was welcoming and the service was excellent - staff was helpful, even returning a pillow we left behind - hotel and bar staff is top notch - - breakfast buffet which offered hot and cold cereal, fruit, cereal, and pastries
The weekend rates here are quite inexpensive - nice stay good service at a reasonable price

The complimentary breakfast was amazing - the lobby also had a small library of DVDs you can borrowed for free and basketballs for loan - there were a wide array of restaurants just outside the hotel - check-in was excellent - this hotel was well located close to the airport - the room were nice, clean and excellent service
Loved the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel dispensers in the shower - hotel was conveniently located near the airport and many of the companies - Thursday there was a reception in the lounge with free beer and wine, plus free food
Room was rather well equipped with three LCD TVs, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen and one fireplace - the rooms were spacious and very clean, with lots of open space that made the suite seem more like home and less like the standard hotel box (more…)
